Diagnosis Of Endomtrial CA With No CA Cell's See On Biopsy. How Can This Be.

I've been diagnosed with endometrial CA even though there were no cancer cells seen from D and C and endometrial biopsy. After several ultrasounds the diagnosis was based on an MRI. I'm 72 and had vaginally bleeding that continues. My doctor and I are both confused! How can this be.
