If One Does Not Have HEr2 Positive Advanced Endometrial Cancer, And Is Precribed Keytruda, Does One Generally Also Take Lenvima?

I always thought lenvima was only for Her2 positive cases, but i was recently told lenvima is also prescribed with keytruda in the absence of her2positive cancer so i am confused.
