I Am 73 And Have Just Been Diagnosed With Endometrial Cancer. I've Heard That It Is Less Painful And Slower Growing Than Many Other Cancers

Due to myvage and other health issues (overweight, diabetic, and on kidney dialysis) I wonder if I would be Head to just let it run its natural course. My grown so had cancer requiring chemotherapy and had such a bad reaction he considered just stopping it. He made it through but was horribly sick and even now (7 years later) is not his old self.
